Whether it is for a stage outfit, wedding, special occasion, new job - there are multiple reasons why one would invest in a bespoke suit.
A bespoke suit is an incredibly special part of anyone’s wardrobe, as is the process of creating it. Dressing oneself is a beautiful ritual, whether you’re conscious of it or not, what we wear plays a role in how we function and how we feel.
There’s nothing like wearing clothing that fits you completely perfectly, it becomes a second skin.
It can make you feel powerful, respectable, glamorous or rebellious.
How It Works
Once we have discussed the occassion for your suit and the kind of cloth you would like, we will meet for a design / style consultation where measurements are taken and you can decide upon your cloth choice
I will then work on drafting the pattern, cutting the cloth and preparing the garment / suit for a first fitting
We will meet again to check you are happy with the design decisions such as lapel shape, sleeve length, pocket placement and decide on your choice of lining
Adjustments are then made and the garment / suit is prepared for a second fitting
A second meeting is required to check accuracy of alterations and decide on final details such as collar length, buttons
Final adjustments are made, ready for final hand stitched touches and hand sewn button holes
Garment / suit is complete and ready for collection
Time frame 4 - 6 months lead time with 2 - 3 fittings
